Our leadership team has created strong talent development opportunities for our entire team. Many of our people started their careers as technicians but have progressed to hold more senior positions or have qualifications that have enabled them to take on more responsibilities. We have tried to create an environment whish promotes a more balanced approach to work alongside a policy of equal opportunities which is at the heart of our recruitment, reward and promotion strategy. Every year we introduce a new cohort of apprentices, many of whom are today’s supervisors and business leaders.

We have implemented stringent anti-bribery and corruption standards alongside robust information security to help safeguard confidentiality. All of our people are trained, and briefed regularly, about the importance of protecting knowledge and intelligence.
